    Yep, agree with you on this. We have a top notch, tier 1 BOD that are being paid well and have already received incentive shares/options before with a more favourable exercise price and expiry dates than us shareholders.
    Enough incentives have already been given, its time for us long term shareholders to see a return on our investment.
    We all know this is a world class asset. It's time it was reflected in the price. It's time the board put their own interests to one side and focus on their share holders.
    Give us gazetting, give us increased share in JV and give us our expected and overdue kimberlite drilling results. Then ask for incentives and I will happily vote yes.

    Until then, I will be voting 'No' on incentives.

    @dandman

    I guess if you want world class management, you have to pay world class rates. if they are not going to get remunerated appropriately here, they will go elsewhere and be paid accordingly there. so I think the question here is, do you want these guys working for the competition or for LOM?

    I heard this argument on Hotcopper the last time incentives for the BOD were being discussed. The threat/fear the BOD would leave if they didn't get what they want. Well, if they intend on using that argument this time then I am calling their bluff. There is absolutely no way in the world (IMO) the board would walk away from this project at this point in development. (1). They have too much skin in the game now to let somebody else take over and potentially screw it up. (2). And, more importantly, in the words of MK himself: “The potential is there” to be bigger than Catoca, Kennedy said. “There’s no other prospect in the world which has been delivering diamonds of this caliber and value. None. Not one.” (ref link below). Where are they going to go? Not one kimberlite has been discovered globally in 12 years. There are only about 60 kimberlites that are/have been in production globally. They are already mining alluvial diamonds second to none. They wanna leave? Go on leave! The board know damn well we're onto a winner with this once in a lifetime tenement. So don't give us any BS about them heading off for"greener pastures". This is as green as it gets.
