I exercised a 'few' options earlier this week, so I'll give you a quick run down on the process.

Put simply, there are two ways to do it:

Option 1 - Contact their registry - Automic Registry Services. Send an email to [email protected] and request an Option Exercise Form. You will need to supply your full name, address and HIN. When you get the form, complete it and send it back electronically. Here is where it gets messy. You will need to send a cheque to Automic for the cost of the conversion. This process is time consuming and can take up to 2 weeks or more.

To be honest, option 2 is easier.

Option 2 - Contact XPE directly. Send an email to [email protected] and request an Option Exercise Form AND their banking details. For privacy reasons, I will not post their banking details here. You will need to supply your full name, address and HIN. When you complete the form, you have two options - send it back electronically or post it via snail mail. As for payment, simply transfer the cost of the options via electronic funds transfer. The whole process will only take a few days. If you are lucky, you may have the same bank as XPE. If this is the case, it will be completed in 24 hours.

Simple...!!!
