The 2nd VA meeting is sheduled to be held UP TO x number of days from the first one. An extension was granted but this too I imagine included an "Up to " clause. So it is within possibility that news/resolution could come out before June 7th deadline.
There's also the "known" of the FH fee estimate of $200grand. This can be "extrapolated" to show that there was not too much work/hours going to be spent by the Administrators on this. How come? because a lot of the "work hours' were anticipated to be done "in house" ie by TON Management ie Higgur Hero

Now if this is so? Well this whole VA process has been instigated NOT to satisfy creditors but to sort out and resolve some creditors 'demands' as "un reasonable". IMO the demands of Brad Boyle and of Grafex. Grafex with it's CGT "problem" in particular.

Concurrent with settling these matters, Higgo took on sorting the future direction of Triton with the understanding of 100% Tenement ownership. The only way IMO TON could apply for Mining Permits, Get Debt Funding and/or Cornerstone Equity Investment was 100% Control. The VA was primarily IMO to "sort this" so with the VA process, Higgo "canvassed" by these expression of interest for future mining to be the Agenda.
Higgo has also announced Ancuabe to be the site of such first up Mining. As @VF1 has posted, Ancuabe is world known particularly in the RoW [rest of world than China] as Prime. TON at Ancuabe has AMG/GK, the 100year established Graphite Processor 'endorsement' of Ancuabe Quality.

Tonners you got sold a pup when Brad babbled SYRian 'parity" and Billion $$ Dragon deals when the Top Dog AMG/GK was there to deal with. Sold the Grafex Joke, the only contract Brad Boyle ever committed TON too!!

Anyhow Higgo has Hopefully got Triton to the Grafex punch line, put the hook on Bradley to pull him off the stage and put Ancuabe in the spotlight as a Flake Graphite STAR.
