sadly, there is no rationale to the hurdle levels they set themselves and no amount of paper is going to explain that away. you are entitled to agree with it of course. i'm interested in seeing how the proxies/votes go.
i do like your biblical theme though (crufixions and Jesus). maybe we should go and put our hair shirts on, flagellate ourselves and join the yes team.
