The consortium is basically the directors who have said in a report that the price that the shares trade at is not reflective of the net assets/value of the company. The net assets are 2c per share. The directors have recommended to delist and would it be hypocritical then after the vote to go in there and buy shares at the present low price or would they go on market close to the net assets?Would ASIC have something to say about being opportunistic? The largest holder is worth in the hundreds of millions and to take out the $15 million asset should not be a problem.Just some thoughts and could be completely wrong.
