As you say its a commercial agreement wouldn't you want to get it right?
No point have a loosely goosely agreement which results in the lawyers making a truckload when things go a little awry.
Speeding things up to get $18M you don't need atm will cost you a lot more later. E.g. Vegas wedding with a hooker.
