Your points 1 through 4 are pretty much a given which is why most real investors here and elswhere have been chasing graphite, vanadium, lithium and cobalt for the past three years.

Point 5 also a given, hence why we are here or else deep into the other glacial mover, TNG.

Questions, how has AVL shown 'good committed management'. Who do you count as that management over what timescale? I also am not buying now bt bought three years ago...ah..but here I am now...maybe this will be you too in another three years' time. In the meantime, what is the opportunity cost in burying our investment dollars in some kind of superannuated earthworm farm that will only produce in...when? Another 3 years?

What price point are you willing to buy in at and how long are you going to sit on them? Remember, this isn't a vintage wine that can be laid in the cellar to mature and improve its taste. This is a company that has rattled the tin once too often and has about a 9 month lifeline now, having executed another 30% dilution on an appalling pump and dump cap raise?

And yes, I do hold their shares, now and for some time prior.
