Those who buy and sell stock based on unsubstantiated forum comments are a law and logic unto themselves. And further, it is farcical to think that actions based on HC dribble is of consequence. AVB and any publicly listed company's exposure extends slightly beyond this sphere. Yet somehow its perfectly acceptable for the likes of K to adopt unsubstantiated arguments to the contrary based merely on an opinion, openly make comments alluding to how good the company is, how good they will be, how stupid sellers must be etc etc. This is also interpreted, equally fact-less.
