these Loyalty options are a great incentive to buy Shares ..before the Ex date .

and then to push the sp up over 4c ...by and for all concerned holders and Coy to Benefit from Conversion of the options ..which raises them $10m at 4c .

If TV2 moves up over 5c and stays there or moves higher.. those loyalty options will be seen as a real Gift ..to Holders.

Wonder what will happen when they are Open for trade soon ?
