I was semi positive there was a chance , but now 2 months and not a whisper of a recap, we've done our cash. It's not normal for shareholders to know nothing this late in the game. I will saw off my leg with a butter knife if this comes back on the boards.
Claim the loss whenever you want, the tax office is being encouraged to support entrepreneurial losers like us.
