What strikes me strange is the fact the announcement for the shares and acquisition was not market sensitive nor were there any press releases. I'm also curious to know the cashflow figures... CSD was down to $53k without no ARM loan or that US$20 million finalised, from what I can make out. This could be the reason the SP is 50% under offer.

At least CSD is making money out of that US$ exchange rate... 72.71 makes it $27.5 million.
