Well, there you are!.....you just answered my previous posting......it is a limited liability company.

I suspect, given your none held status, you are just some downramper, trying to bad mouth the business which is no doubt under new ownership. i.e. someone has taken over the shell of a defunct, two dollar company which will have no liability - just like happens here, or in the UK etc.
The lawyers recommend it, as I am sure you already know. If you operate with personal guarantees or as a sole operator, you are putting all your assets on the line. A limited liability company is a legal way around this, as the company is the business, and responsible for all debts, not the actual owner.

You are just the kind of person hard working small business people love. NOT.
My personal opinion is....you are what I like to call: "a snake in the grass ".

Hopefully, you will stray into the area of defamation law - if in fact, you have not already (I am no lawyer, so not totally sure of the laws of defamation) and a lawyer will be chasing your ass all the way into Court.
