HI All,
Pardon my novice question about this statement.
"Management expects that a number of options will be exercised and will further contribute to the future capitalization of the Company. If all of these options are exercised, the Company will receive further funding of $3.3 million."
can someone explain how they going to exercise it, market sale ?
