I've found myself agreeing with both sides of the argument regarding the nominations for Nathan Drona and David Segal and note that the consensus seems to be that it should be one or the other. So I thought, why not vote for both. It'll cost us an extra $60,000 in director's fees but then the board will be happy as they retain their man, and the shareholders will be happy because they have a representative.
Any thoughts?
