I think you would find that the post given by Cornelious was not in breach of copyright as it only gave scant information, and very little of what your subscribed report was likely to include. A bit of in-depth googling may bring up similar information.

As for Equity Story, the name was referenced and I think Cornelious was right to do that. It may even lead to additional clients. So perhaps they may see it as free advertising. I noticed the post and also emailed Equity Story, not to complain, but to find out a bit more of their research methods and what they offer.
