I know where ya coming from 1far1 ... but unfortunately its an all to common occurrence ....

I know of this one dude who was CEO of a little mining coy a few years back that was doing ok before this guy was appointed, but word is, he started and made a complete dogs breakfast of their BFS they had going at the time, so much so he got the boot after only 12 months in the job ..... I imagine, like Ton holders, those shareholders aren't too happy now either, knowing he got a similar position.
He's sitting petty on almost half a mill as CEO of another ASX listed coy that aint do'n too good .............. Oh'well ... ce'la've
