Opening statement 1 million shares SOLD/Disposed of for "personal financial reasons
Followed by a Table of Purchase at 18 cents i August 2015 and Further on such Table the Disposal of 1 mil total shares between 11 and 13 May for 27/28.5 cents.
This SALE of 1 mil shares dropped his holding to 27 mil that had it's Percentage Adjusted FURTHER due to the placement done on or about the 13th TOO..
So bottom line cojo maaaate is that 1 million shares were sold by this Director and concurrently a placement further diluted his Percent Holdings.
