    I would like to apologise on behalf of posters who show minimal manners to those who try to be of help.
    As Gav once said "Sorry, I stuck my head above the parapet".

    Alternatively, as one very good looking intern said to me when taking blood and I opined that there were some very smart young men out there. "I'm not interested if they are smart but lack manners".
