Sorry people forgive my stupidity and this may have been discussed before but I’ve only been a shareholder for months rather than years.

I’m just trying to ascertain how this Bill fits into the overall scheme of things as it seems more around exploring rather than acquiring non-halogenated flame retardants in military uniforms …
And the US military have been doing more than exploring FR treatments, in fact they are at final testing with the Nyco product.

So what does this Bill actually mean and how do the military progress to put in purchase orders from here.

Does anyone have a little patience to explain a little more ….
