You kinda contradicted yourself "he is just trying to sell to make profit, which is fine for him to do, but wont affect my investing decisions."

Also, nothing of substance? IoT managed to get demonstrate their product and the get the marketer so execited (and its hard to con a con), that the marketer accepted shares instead of cash. The marketer would have to be the most stupid individual on the planet if they accepted this deal thinking they could not sell the product. The may be in the sole job of conning people to buy a product, but conning themselves, nope.

We will know in 40 minutes which way the market wants to go. Buyers will be hesitant at first, then will want to join the reversal. A lot of contrarian investors exist out there.

If you want proof that this stock bounces (and this was on the way down):

11th May: Dipped to 12.5c, rose to 15.5c. ( 24% increase )
16th May: Dipped to 10.5c, next morning up to 14c ( 33% increase )
17th May: Dipped to 9.7c, next morning, prob get to 11c then who knows ( 13% increase ).

Swing trading this aint difficult; this will boost price. Contrarians investors will pick perfect time and buy in. Reversal signs start to appear, DT'ers will buy in.

The pre market aint showing signs of mass exodus, time will tell
