Pioneer Dome

Couple of hours with the reading goggles on and found these bits from old annual reports.
Interestingly, Newmont pty owned and briefly explored Pioneer Dome in the 1970's find nickle sulphide traces.
The focus at the time was looking for nickel sulphide deposits. Pegmatites were commonly intercepted but would not have been Lab assayed at the time:

8 RC holes for 1,468m drilling
2 DD holes for 399.4m drilling ,nickel to 1%

2006
5 holes of which 3 reported on for nickel sulphides and copper, for a total of 1,111m drilling:

Probably 1 more RC, and 1 more DD hole returned no nickel traces and were not logged in the report, making the 5 hole total for 2006.

2007/2008 and on. Pioneer dome seems to be a sleeper, as other higher priority Gold and Nickel targets get the focus.

So Pioneer have 10RC holes and 5 DD holes to refer back to to test for Lithium.
