Companies don't shut up while a deal is in the making. They operate as normal or, if anything, they get louder to appear as a more appealing take over target ( if that's their priority).
In general, Noveda haven't really been in the news. Checkout their facebook page (not updated since 2011)!! There social presence is zero, which is a bit odd for a tech/renewables company.
