Increased volume on the US exchange, page-16

Hi MattyE. I live in NZ and while I am tempted to fly over for the AGM it's a pretty expensive proposition, given that the chairmans report ought to put it all out there anyway. Last years AGM did not manage to get the AV connection to AP in Israel working. This year I suspect the top guys will be in attendance, but the meeting will not be streamed or recorded for shareholders outside Sydney (and yes, I have requested that). If you do go could you at least make notes of any salient points or un-presented conversations that do not get put into the official presentation and post them here. Similarly, may I request anybody else on here who plans to go to do the same. Getting good info on AKP is a bit like finding hens teeth!

As I have understood it, the plan is for AKP to take the product to market as a fabless vendor. Other silicon manufacturers will produce the components and assemble them into the finished device. AKP will sell these directly to electronics manufacturers for incorporation into consumer products. I imagine that ramping this production, sales, and distribution channel up will take a couple of years, while the technology becomes accepted by both the industry and the consumer market. No doubt during that early period several big players will see the potential and are likely to make serious bids for the company - as against opportunistic offers. Given the potential revenue stream going into the future that will be what a buyer will have to acknowledge in his bid! For Fred and the other major shareholders to accept a bid it will have to be big enough to "not be able to refuse"!
