Given that this VRB is expected to go live in about 3 months, and a vanadium electrolyte plant requires the raw vanadium resource from mining operations, and
(i) TNG is planning for production to commence 2018
(ii) AVL has not even completed a DFS for the mining of its own vanadium resource, so production is a fair way into the future
I don't think that the electrolyte will result from either of these companies, and that is assuming that a pilot plant is even built and operating within 3 months.
