Its not the value post consolidation it is the value after the issue of 169 million shares. The higher the consolidation ratio the less shares pan has on the registry.
If you consolidate to 50 million shares before the issue of 169 million you lose substantial ownership. If the market cap after the issue of shares doesn't substantiate the issue of shares you lose value.
If odn consolidates to 100million shares pre share issue the 169 million isn't worth as much as the ownership percentage is less.
