Living in Victoria and just recently travelling most of Asia the amount of times I with my fiancé are completely alone to take a selfie on beaches, in parks, at local sports park anytime of the day and week are huge.
The old saying comes to mind, if a tree falls in the Forrest does it make a sound? If there is nobody around to annoy, who will know if you break any CASA laws.
Obviously some activities like concerts and busy streets are no brainers in regards to a roame not being practical but I feel the possible uses in recreational activities far out way the limited times you won't be able to use the roame.
