Spec hope - Alcoa already has established mining operations in the region hence they are still raping the lands so to speak because they have mining approvals (I'm sure they have a lot of clout also so can push the boundaries). Same with Boddington with Newmont having a big say and have had a big say over the years.

Select4wealth - Donnelly Lithium is just a project (couple of exploration licences), it's not a mine so they would have to go through the mining approval process just like everyone else. From what I have seen there is little chance this will get up. My expertise comes from being a mining analyst for probably longer than you have been on this planet
