While no shareholder is ever thrilled about shares and options being given out that are way in the money (like these), the first lot do not vest until we have a resource of 250,000 tonnes of Li2O. This equates to an initial resource of 12.5 million tonnes at 2% Li2O. (Or 18.75 MT @ 1.5 % Li2O and so on)

I think we all agree that if management achieve this, every holder will be happy and we should sit well above a market cap of $100 million.
