Ann: Volt Resources Appoints New York Based EAS Advisors LLC-VRC.AX, page-19

Having EAS on board is a serious coup, that there is no doubt.

Their track record is exceptional.

Have a look at EMC, they were appointed on the 27th January this year. The stock closed at 20 cents that day, here we are not even four months later and it closed yesterday at 67 cents.

I went back through the announcements and EAS' package for EMC was as follows :

2 million options at 30 cents and
2 million at 40 cents.

Remember at the time of sign on it was 20 cents and as I said before, now 67....

The key here is to look at the options package they have entered into with VRC and read between the lines everyone, it doesn't get much clearer than that....

What price does VRC have to be at for the 6 cent options to be worth them exercising? Let alone the 8, 10 and 12 cent options.

IMO the stock is a buy of everything up to 6 cents as a starting point. They do not make anything until the stock starts to appreciate from that level as an absolute base.

For all of them to be in the money IMO and for them to want to exercise the stock I think would have to be 15 cents plus.

He's done it many times before and there's no reason he won't do it again. He can obviously see the value proposition that I was referring to a couple of days ago.
