Thanks for getting your thoughts out there, I have some additional considerations, don't get me wrong when you read them, I think there is a lot of potential here so dont see my comments as too negative..

First major customer.. I expect the order will be smaller based on AT&T Service Inc no longer being the services partner, good chance this means XTV needs to take additional risk by bringing in partners they may have not worked with previously, or not to the extent as their relationship was with AT&T (and probably not as big a name as AT&T). If I was the customer purchasing the tech from XTV, and I heard AT&T were dropping out of the picture, I would be a little more cautious - perhaps a small implementation or pilot phase before going with the larger volumes.. (make XTV prove themselves).

TPT... yeah perhaps a slight delay tactic, perhaps refer above as volumes and validation of the tech in the market and XTVs ability to win customers may be the driver before both parties really commit.

Resellers.. will be good to see how this goes, and I expect will also help drive the move to fully commit to the TPT option..

Monthly sales... devils advocate moment... perhaps one or more of the customers wanted to drop or reduce expense on the service they get.. hopefully i'm wrong and it is truely getting more paying customers data on board into the status update... time will tell.

Debt risk... (without re-reading the ann) I suspect they are at risk of not meeting customer/financial requirements of the their recent debt covenants, so I suspect they are scrambling to do what they can to meet these and to renegotiate the terms..

The last piece is probably the biggest risk that I see in the next few days/weeks.

The xtv.net numbers are growing faster then they were before, which is hopefully a good thing, and hopefully the Networks figure starts going up again... (that will drive the stats for the other categories up faster also).

I hope they also improve the way they write announcements as sentiment can be driven by the way things are worded/presented.

    Best of luck.
