$100m is roughly the value of the remaining hybrids in the market by the current buy price. 1.125m x $88 ($99m). Elders has a current market cap of $300m with about 39m shares on issue. (included in this is Elders Finance which holds 375m hybrids).
Someone wanting to acquire Elders would need to buy up ELD and the ELDPA's less those held by ELD.
