Do you understand or not what that 70% 61% and 62% means? they are the figures that affects those products not on 'positive list' which made them not sellable on E-commerce trade platform! The infant formula is always on positive list starting from 08/04, so they were on sale non-stop.
That's why I say Australian don't understand the details.
