1.25+ is not unreasonable, you might find the avg salary more like 10k (good sal for phillipines). Everything else is cheap over there as well but there are plenty of other costs which i agree will add to the bill. I have speculated projected revenue on charter but that assumes planners are buying the story.

The reality is no one here has seen the financials of initger so i think it is fair for us to question them and what this latest transaction means. they do need capital for at least future expansion. MF has abt 3 years to prove this is hugely profitable and hurdles big enough to kinda mean he is working for free (thats is the point bz was making i think). If there were big profits now, im sure he would receive equity straight away. If he hits the first hurdle on listing, that is awesome, but dont be surprised if he hasnt.

Unless there is more news on the client front, we can only go by what we know the capital is being used for.

My 12 month expectations are as follows:
1. They finish off upgrading Lilly so all SOAs are in production
2. Fully staff and train the offshore team
3. Demonstrate they can convert the planners over
4. Sign more dealerships

If they do all 4, i firmly believe by year 2 initger will be profitable and year 3 will be hugely profitable. If they report a big loss right now it is not unexpected as they have so much potential, refer to my other posts. If they report a 20% loss then it deserves a big re-rate as it shows how much unrealised potential. If it reports small loss or profit, then we should talking 10c now as it just needs a bit more time to capitalise.

Agree with your points that there is nothing to worry about and everyone has skin in the game. We should by all accounts be sitting on a winner.
