Oversupply is for the whole milk industry, but A2 is unique. When farmers are struggling to make money on normal milk, what will they do? If I were a farmer, I would select my A2 cows and supply unique milk to receive premium payment in future. More and more farmers may jump into A2 supply chain, which will reduce A2 company's cost. Oversupply of Milk industry is a positive news for A2! I did see online business is slowing down but Daigou isn't slowing down at all. With the Chinese government holds up one year for some terms regarding New Policy, I am confident online business will be resuming. Chinese version of this news is already all over internet. I am sure English version will come out soon next week. Also, when you see more A2 on the shelf, why didn't you think A2 is progressively solving supply issue?? In perth, I did see more A2 on shelf but when you check the expire date, they changes every couple of days!
Shorters and Holders have different views on news. Shorters always dig out the negative news and Holders always search for positive news. Do you really think just studying some charts can win the market? Lets be rational, suppose all of us are not insiders and lets stand in the middle, when you look at all the news related to A2, more positive news or more negative news?
