understand everyones frustration at the moment as i am in the same boat and been in for a few years and basically on a zero return for the money and effort invested the last 2 years. not very happy either bordering on extremely bitter and kicking myself for not taking some profits but you win some and lose some.
the time to buy is usually when everyone else has/is exiting, quite a few long termers been exitng at these low prices, unfortunately overexposed already here and also cant see a quick turnaround no matter how much anyone approaches the company.
still holding a large parcel but know it wont pay back now until 2007.
