I am not quoting from experience but just trying to work out the same things as everybody else. I am not sure of the details with SXY but trying to learn a bit from their non-conventional gas developments. Their conditions may be very different to our fields though. A few years ago there was a lot of doubt as to weather SXY would be successful with fracture stimulation. The Conditions are apparently very different to fields in America where many some companies had some great results. Time will tell. I also have holdings in SXY but believe that RLE can return me better multiples if we have success. Until we deliver gas and get a good return we are still a Spec though.
