FMS & MXR, page-10

MXR had a recent issue of shares and options @ 3 cents per share with one attaching option.
RK participated in the issue as would have been expected, see ASX announcement dated 20 May.
To date, none of the other MXR directors have made an announcement of change of holdings.

I hold no interest in MXR, I have been burnt badly by them in the past.

As an aside:-TODAY'S ANNOUNCEMENT from MXR - they have found some lithium.
The flurry of companies reporting Lithium in their nickel and other metals exploration areas will soon render the lithium available as by product to be in excess of the market requirements. POS also announced Lithium today.

I am still holding my FMS with them listed to sell @ 5 cents.
