The other option would be debt funding, maybe that would be a better (ie., non-dilutionary) option if the revenues are going to be as strong as they are predicting. But the catch 22 is probably that they can't get meaningful revenues until they have already spent a pile of cash getting Air Pocket up and running, so we're most likely looking at a CR. The closing statement in today's announcement confirms it in my mind.
