The at a later date towards the end of the year I was told that the reduction might come very slowly and that it may take 3 years to implement. Now labor has just gone on record saying they will pump more money in this sector if they come to power.

I was also told that any changes of funding to the sector will more likely be put into making the whole sector more digital like self assessment portals and online help.

Money is set to flow in this sector soon enough so looks like a safe bet. I assumed there would be another CR. Would the current price have a impact on CR or has it been decided to be done at higher price ?
