    Yes assume they get charge at higher rate, sai has scope to up their training and certification pricing
    Just price in that cost going to be higher post 2018 with PLA and you got it covered

    But if you a shorter then play the uncertainty card works for you -

    I don't mind shorters I am in accumulation mode so the cheaper the better
