    Pinto, you and I are going to have to agree to disagree on the meaning this Ann. To me it reads very clearly that they've got a new client (unspecified contract amount) in a market estimated worth $5m pa to them (see the headline dot point). I am not persuaded by your selective circling of part of the Ann to try put another spin on it. Only the company can clarify.
