A "..
very heavy sell side.
Most sells are
in an uncompetitive range.." are a
-classic style- of the 'bot' masters when they're desperately trying to downramp the sell/buy price figure
for 'their' accumulation benefit on any stock.

They are simply playing
'mind-games' with any 'nervous-nellies' by hoping to
'panic' them into offloading their shares at
their low 'bot-price' because they've managed to convince the 'nellies' to
think that
their very heavy sell side numbers, which are
always conveniently located just higher enough to be in an uncompetitive range, are indeed 'real' sell orders.
BUT should any 'REAL' large buy orders happen to come along, just watch, as those large FALSE 'bot-bait' sell side orders,
disappear/be withdrawn in less than the blink of an eye to prevent them 'actually' being sold.
It's called psychological warfare.

Just another of the 'entertaining' features of the daily adventures of the stock markets.
