10 years ago we wernt using lithium ion powered tools mate. 6-7 years ago was when the first lithium battery powered drills started to hit the market. Only in the last 3 years they have started releasing lithium powered grinders, circular saws, blowers, vacuums, jigsaws and the list goes on.
I had a look on the tesla website to see what the batteries are rated in there model s. Standard model comes with a 70amp per hour batt and there is also a 90a/h battery that is an option.
I have a heap of milwaukee lithium batteries most of them being the 3a/h probably around 6 of them. Then i got say 4 4a/h batts and then i got acouple 5 a/h and acouple 6a/h batteries. I have bought all these in the space of 5 years . So add all them amps per hour up and it equals 56amps. Getting pretty close to the size of a tesla batterie
