The 3DTV acquisition terms are so ambiguous I don't think anyone here would have a clue what it actually is. Can anyone tell me they understand this term?


And, this is essentially an RTO with XTV being the shell as it requires recompliance with the ASX. The current business model has failed. There is no hope that it will turn around in its current form.

XTV may not shut shop but may become a shell again. If the 3DTV acquisition doesn't go through maybe they can revert back to being an explorer again. Lithium or something. Rinse and repeat.
