Ok so I did some research on Toptech and Bryan to try and get a definitive answer on this.

Turns out Toptech was only registered in April this year: Toptech.JPG
Seems strange that a company with 20 years experience was only created this year but whatever. Perhaps clever wording in the ann which suggested all this experience in Toptech, when in fact it's the people that are connected to Toptech that have past experience with people/companies that have sold product into the retailers listed in the ann?

On further research Bryan Corlett also has a company named Cutting Edge Productions Holdings LLC which was founded in 2015 and is at the same address as Toptech:

Very little info available on this co other than they raised 350k recently while attempting to raise 750k. Who knows what for... Is it possible that they've since become Toptech? If so, interesting that the amount of shares issued to them isn't far off the 400k they were looking for earlier this year. Likely just a coincidence.

Now here I was able to find info about a Bryan Corlett who lives in the same area as Toptech's Bryan:
    https://www.intelius.com/people/Bryan-Corlett/06pr7qx5f49?hasSentRedir=1&refer=4918

This Bryan is linked to Continuity Products, one of the companies involved in the lawsuits that have been discussed:

At least a couple of the companies listed in the article were registered by a Bryan Corlett:
    BC Finance Marketing.JPG
    BC Pounds Lost.JPG
    BC Dencor.JPG
All in that same Laguna/Newport area of California.

So in conclusion, I've got nothing definitive to show whether or not there are two Bryan Corlett's in marketing in the Laguna/Newport area of Cali, or if the Bryan's are one in the same. I'm tempted to say that they are the same due to the fact that all this Toptech/Cutting Edge stuff is very recent and doesn't overlap with the timeline of fat burner Bryan, but i'm just speculating.

The main thing I got out of this research is that IOT are maybe sugar coating the distribution network anns talking about how major players like Toptech are, when it's possible they just have connections to major players and aren't one themselves. Or perhaps Bryan has been sugar coating his credentials to IOT?

Iunno. Someone else feel free to take this and see if they can get better answers.
