I reckon people are getting a little confused by the announcement's references to "share"

The announcement uses "share" in 2 contexts.

In reverse order:

- "Our share of the PCM bedding market is more than $5 million annually," said Clark

- "....deal breaks new ground.....estimated share......$5M p.a....signed a sales agreement with one of the largest global producers of mattress ticking to be the exclusive supplier of flame retardant (FR), cooling phase change material."

The 1st statement "IS" their current share of the PCM bedding market.

They have signed an agreement with a producer of mattress ticking, not a producer of mattresses, to be the exclusive supplier of FR cooling PCM, using a new product.

I'd say the ticking producer has struck agreements with mattress producers to provide "x" amount of ticking that includes the new FR cooling PCM from AJX, and AJX's SHARE of those agreements struck by the ticking producer is "more than $5M p.a.", based on the exclusivity.

Yep, the "more than $5M p.a." reads like a baseline, but it's a base line for this new product, with this segment of the market, via this one ticking producer, and derived from the ticking producers agreements dytuvk with mattress manufacturers.
