They have been issued but not converted but the notes expire in Aug, if you work out the mkt cap of a company you have to take into account any notes or options that are likely to be issued so the true mkt cap is abt 23 mill as there is 350t dlrs outstanding on the notes converting at 0.002 which mature in Aug.
