    A lot going on in a very difficult market to raise capital, not that Ionic needs a huge sum, but it does need the right deal.

    Perhaps something that SB reflected is Mark Muzzin's personal stake in SER, VXL & Ionic, he is in a similar situation to many SH's here and has EVERY motivation to do the best deal possible for Ionic SH's, both short & LT.


    Quite certain he'd like to get it done ASAP.
