It is easy to see what is happening here. Just have a look at the SBR website and you will see a couple of standout things. First Pata Nominees bought 25 million shares (plus free options) in the CR in 2015 at 1.6c a share. Now they have sold down (based on yesterdays' ASX statement) some 14.5 million of those at an average price of around 1. 5 c, ...... and who knows whether they have continued to offload some of the remaining holding today. The second fundamental is who, in this dead market and with no news, is buying this very large volume of shares, at a premium and at a time when there has been stuff all volume of trade in the previous months? I don't think you have to be Einstein to work that out and also the future implications of all of this!!
