Hi Antonist.

Have got all Linqs holdings on a watchlist and put in price they trade as a purchase price at the end of each month so can easily see how they are going.

So far in September WTE up 3%, RIV up 3%, IGO up 7% and JML up 26%. The only major holding that is down is AGO by less than 1%.

My estimate for NTA would be around $1.40 and may currently be around $1.45 at a guess. To get an accurate NTA would not be hard to do. Just use the list of holdings in the annual report and make up a potfolio/watchlist. Add a weighting to each share as per linqs holdings at end of June and put in share price of at end of June. (if you cannot find shareprices for end of June download incredible charts for free)

I do hold LRFO and am optomistic that they will soon be in the money. But Ultimately the market decides the value of a share.

Linq have done everything right this year, massive increases in NTA and paying huge dividends. Great stock selection and Managemet experience etc etc.

It is interesting to note that the top 20 holders hold a large 65% of stock (from memory). They probably could not care if the share price is low till the end of January as the less options will get execised. The lower the dilution the better for them. Howether i think all the smart large holders will execise there options no matter if they are in the money or not. They do not want to try to increase there holdings now even though the share is a screaming buy at around 0.90c as a large buy would quickly push the share price above $1.00.

It will be intresting to see how well Clive Donner pushes the Stock. Linq will want all the options execised to add to the management revenue but this will not be what the major shareholders want.

Perhaps Clive is waiting for an updated Aegis report to come out before he does any roadshows or media. There is no doubt that they will rate LRF highly as i think LRF would be the best performing LIC on both discount to NTA, and Dividend.

What are other peoples thoughts on LRf and LRFO?

PS I noticed CLive Donner topped up on LRF last week, perhaps he worked out the NTA for the end of August.
